My name is Cody Schwartz I’m a father of 3 girls and 2 boys. I’ve been involved in the league for about 4 years coaching and managing. I’ve had one daughter go through the league and one currently still playing. I’m also an umpire in high school softball in Washington and Frederick counties. I aim to teach the girls multiple positions along with good sportsmanship and let them know they can do anything if they put forth the effort. I plan to continue coaching and be able to do more for the league and community of MFP.

My name is Benjamin Ellsworth;d I originally came to Martinsburg 4 years ago from Arizona where you can actually fry an egg on the sidewalk. My daughters decided they wanted to try softball and have fallen in love with the sport so now I help make that dream possible.

My name is Meaghan Ellsworth, mother of 2 softball players, league Secretary for the 2026 season. I'm here to hopefully make communication more efficient and effective for the upcoming season.
Treasurer - Jennifer English [email protected]
My name is Jennifer English and I have been involved with Martinsburg Fastpitch Softball, Inc. for 14 years. I have two daughters that have practically grown up on these fields. During my time at the fields, I have held many positions including dug out mom, scorekeeper, and for the past 4 years Treasurer. I decided to join the board with Martinsburg Fastpitch to continue to be a part of softball, but also to be directly involved in making a difference in the growth of the league and the sport.
Club Recreation Director Julia English
My name is Julia English and I am the Club Recreation Director on the board for Martinsburg Fastpitch Softball. I have been playing at the Charlotte Prather Park since I was 7 years old and I have been coaching out at the fields for 3 years now. I’ve been involved with softball at these fields whether it be playing or coaching for 16 years. These fields are a part of who I am so I decided to join the board in order to do all I can to better our facilities and the things we can offer for the girls who continue to play this sport and make these fields their home just like I did when I first started playing.
Director Fundraising - Christina Donivan
My name is Christina Donivan. This is going to be my second year as a parent at Martinsburg Fastpitch, but I played there for 10 years when I was younger. I coached fall ball this season and am looking forward to doing that more! I am excited to be your Fundraising Director and have lots of ideas to bring in!
